Your order will be accepted once payment for the goods and delivery is received, once this is done you will receive and e-mail confirmation

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. In the unlikely event  the goods are no longer available or certain elements have changed I will get in touch as soon as possible to discuss options, at which point you are entitled to cancel the order and a full refund will be issued.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of any of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website.

Most items are handmade and personalised, due to the nature of this there will be minor difference to the item displayed but this makes each and every item totally unique. Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes every monitor or screens can vary so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.

ORDERS & PRODUCTION

Production of orders usually take between 1-3 working days. In busy periods this can increase to up to 7 days. If your order is urgent please get in touch and i will try my best to help dispatch asap.

All items are displayed with prices in GBP. Prices for items are subject to change without notice.

I use secure payment facilities for online purchases and no details are help or stored by Bumble & Willow    You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit or credit cards, as well as payment via PayPal.

Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

​

Please ensure you proofread and check personalisation – I will copy exactly as you have written,  I will get in touch if I notice something to be incorrect but will not be held responsible for misspelt or incorrect personalisation. Please read the information on each product page to ensure you provide the correct information, any missing information may result in a delay to production and shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free postage is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class   There are quicker postal options at checkout. 

• Free delivery excludes items that are on offer or discounted from the original price and available for UK address only.

• 2nd Class Mail UK only - Royal Mail aim to deliver within two to three days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

• 1st Class Mail UK only- Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next day, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

• Signed for - This is not a next day delivery service but requires a signature on receipt. It does not track the parcel only confirms delivery 

• Next working day delivery -  please note that this does not include delivery  on bank holidays, Saturdays or Sundays, therefore your order will be delivered the next working day for all orders within the mainland UK - The next day deliver applies after the normal processing time

• We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process unless advised

• Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method or for larger parcels a tracked service at the discretion of us. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for, will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Free postage is sent via 2nd Class mail which does not include tracking, I obtain proof of postage and as such cannot be held responsible p for packages lost in transit, we recommend upgrading postage to signed for or a Special Delivery services if this is selected then i will provide a tracking number to you once dispatched

 RETURNS

I'm sure you will love your order. My items are handmade to order and personalised  and as such no refunds or returns will be accepted if you change your mind. However in the case of damaged or faulty items, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery and i will do my best to help. Please take images of the damaged good and packaging so if needs be I can claim compensation from the courier. In some circumstanced I may ask for you to return the item back to us.

For non personalised items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting us through the contacts form.  As a small independent business , I am not able to refund the original shipping costs unless the item is defective, or you have received the wrong product.  For exchanges you will be charged the cost of sending the new items

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

These terms and conditions combined with our published Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us whether written or oral.
