This heat transfer can be applied to most clothing - cotton / polycotton with a house hold iron without steam. 
Instructions will be provided with the transfer and also a small cutting for you to practice firstly if you wish too. Once applied the heat transfer can be  washed at 30degrees turned inside out but Hand washing will prolong the life of the transfer.
